Eating Well Recipes
Lightly seasoned avocados and dice onions are spread on toasted tortillas and served with cilantro and jalapeno sauce.
An easy salad to make with a bag of salad greens, pineapple, bacon bits, nuts and toasted coconut. Use fresh pineapple, if you can, and substitute toasted almonds for the macadamia nuts, if desired.
Grains, legumes, and vegetables - this dish has it all!
A spicy light green sauce fragrant with cilantro. Refreshing.
